This policy explains how Trio Homes (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website (tajmisr.info) or contact us. It is written in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

1. Who we are

Trio Homes is an independent real estate broker and the data controller for this website. We are not Taj Misr Developments or any other developer, and we are not an authorized agent of any developer. This policy covers Trio Homes only.

2. Data we collect

• Data you give us through our contact forms: your name, phone number and email address. If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we also keep the content of your messages (for example, the project or unit type you are interested in).
• Technical data collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time of visit, and how you reached the site (for example, a Google ad). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

• To contact you about the real estate projects you asked about, including available units, payment plans and site visits.
• To follow up on your request until it is completed or you ask us to stop.
• To measure and improve the performance of this website and our advertising.
• To protect the website against misuse and to comply with legal obligations.

We process your contact data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8).

4. Sharing your data

• With the developer’s sales team only with your consent. If you wish to register a site visit, reserve a unit or speak with the developer (for example, Taj Misr Developments), we will ask for your approval before passing your name and contact details to the developer’s sales team. The developer then processes your data under its own privacy policy.
• With service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to protect your data: website hosting and security, email (Google/Gmail), and measurement and advertising tools (Google).
• With public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Some providers (such as Google) may process data on servers outside Egypt; where this happens we rely on the safeguards required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your contact data for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, and for no longer than 24 months from our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

6. Cookies, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager

This website uses cookies and similar technologies:

• Necessary cookies that keep the site working and secure (for example, security and anti-spam checks).
• Measurement and advertising cookies set through Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. They tell us which ads and pages lead to an inquiry (conversion tracking) and may be used to show our ads to people who previously visited the site (remarketing). Google may use this data as described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to the Trio Homes staff who need it to handle your request. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.

8. Your rights under Law No. 151 of 2020

You have the right to:

• know whether we hold personal data about you and obtain a copy of it;
• correct, update or complete your data;
• request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
• withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time;
• object to processing that is not in line with this policy or the law;
• file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center.

9. Minors

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
